I would like to take this moment and thank Sean Hartley for all of his work he did with us to get our first home! He was super helpful and took the time to get to know us and to see what would work for us and what wouldn't! He was very patient with us as we looked at multiple houses and was also very honest about what he was showing us. He didn't lie to us when houses needed work, he told us exactly what would need to be replaced or fixed and didn't try to get us to be a quick sale.
Finally we found the house we wanted he put all the paper work together for us and explained each and everything in the contract (since this was our first time buying a house) to make sure we understood it. He was thorough and made the process a little less stressful for us- because let's face it, first house or tenth house, it's stressful! And to top it off he brought us an awesome housewarming gift, even a little something for Elena, which she won't leave ever!!
